HIGH Fitness took old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side air guitar. It is a full body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strenght, and cardiovascular health.
Classes are held in English.
They are easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success.
